		<description>I&#039;m really good at doing push ups correctly, however, I have injured my right shoulder.  It&#039;s an injury from the joint efforts of softball and being a server.  It hurt so bad tonight I could hardly throw the ball from 2nd to 1st base!  I can do 8-10 push ups against the wall, but I think it would hurt way too bad to do them on the floor.  Any tips on shoulder strengthening exercises that would help my shoulder??</description>
