Love the multi-tasking link especially- its always nice to be able to get a couple things done at once:) I always do calf raises when I brush my teeth and sometimes I’ll do a few jumping jacks too (but not when the brush is in my mouth. I can see that going horribly horribly wrong). Also didn’t know that about sucking up; very cool!
