		<description>love this - mostly for the idea of an easy circuit and simple steps.  i&#039;ll love/hate it for how hard it is.

i&#039;ve been working on similar simple drills to use at home with kids (i.e. while i&#039;m out pushing the youngster on the swingset, i can do calf raises on the bottom rung of the ladder) and at various kids&#039; sporting events.  last night i&#039;m sure all the other parents thought i was C-R-A-Z-Y as i did my lunges and squats on the sidelines.  i try to come up with things i can do sort of on the sly -- tough to do crunches or pushups without drawing some attention!
