		<description>I always have to glance down and make sure my knees aren&#039;t going over my toes when I do squats!  Otherwise I tend to be too far forward.

I like that tip about counting to three.  Sometimes it&#039;s easy to try to rush through things when we&#039;re trying to get them over with!</description>

random question ... i know you posted on my blog about ze foam roller ... i&#039;ve pretty much only used the roller for legs (hip flexors, it band, etc.). my question is, does the foam roller work on shoulders? if so, how?
