		<description>I love those counter-top push-ups. They&#039;re so convenient to do while waiting for a portion of dinner to cook -- and there&#039;s no weights for my kids to get into at that moment and disturb me.

I don&#039;t know if anyone else posted this but another one -- leg lifts to the rear and side. Hold the counter lightly and lift your right leg rear 10 reps then to the side 10 reps. Repeat for left leg; complete 3 sets.</description>

Try Lunges.  if you have an island, its great to do them around the island, that way every time you come back around, you can check whatever you got cookin&#039;!
