I was asked a question on Twitter from @gloreebe88 “I am so *not* interested in jogging. Any advice for me?” Being the gullible one that I am I responded “Physical reasons or just no interest?” After going back and forth for a bit she fessed up and let me know that she was just being a “smart ass” as she put it. Too late! My thinking wheels had already begun to turn…this would be a good challenge for the week. Also with the cold looming overhead an indoor workout is much more inviting! Or for you warmer weathered peeps…maybe you are looking for a change?

Turn on some good tunes. I have 16 stairs… so I will run up and down 50 times this go round.
