Good morning! Each day I think it is important to get the body moving early with some type of quick movement. I find myself energized, excited and ready to go! Last week we started our day with Jumping Jacks…. some of you mentioned that a lower impact exercise would be a bit easier on the legs. How about someĀ  squats?

Let’s do it!

8 slow Squats (press into heels, back straight, squat down low)
8 fast Squat pulses (short range of motion in the bottom squat position)
8 slow Squats slow
8 Fast Squat pulses
8 slow Squats
8 fast Squat pulses
4 slow Squats slow
4 Fast Squat pulses
