I just wanted to throw out that although green teas are great, oolong teas will actually be better for metabolism and digestion. An oolong is basically halfway between a green and a black tea. Green teas are lightly fermented, black teas are fully fermented and oolongs fall in between. Many also have a much more &quot;accessible&quot; flavor to those who have said they don&#039;t like the taste of green tea!</description>

Anyway, great list you have here.  I think I got it covered - not so much on the spicy foods but I do like green tea.  In fact, I get Yerba Mate from Aviva because it&#039;s flavored with lemon myrtle or ambrosia, taste great hot or cold.  Thanks for sharing.</description>
