Always solid info, Mark, thanks. Sadly, I think a lot of people just try to be as skinny/muscle-y as celebrities and models.

Great discussion because it seems like too many people are trying to fight their bodies' healthy weight!

The overall message is loving your body and taking care of it. Good tips!

I think I'm a short Endomorph. :-)

I have had an uphill battle since I was a small child. I could eat waaaaaaaayyy less than my "skinny" friends and end up gaining like crazy, while they maintained slim figures. It was so frustrating when I was school age.

As an adult, I was overweight but it wasn't until I barely survived domestic violence (and a bunch of health problems due to that) that I actually became morbidly obese (at around 300 pounds).

I've lost over 100 pounds and while I'd still like to lose a little more and tone up more, folks keep reminding me that I've already accomplished a lot and I have to focus on that and enjoy the process of winning the battle of this last few pounds.

Great post, Mark. So glad you're back!!!

*smiles*
