@FatFighterTV, doing my best...thanks!

Hi Diane! Swimming and biking used to be a rare endeavor for me...no longer! I do enjoy it!

Hi Michele! Glad that yoga has been a good fit into your routine. I have included yoga into the mix a bit and I like it!

Hi Stephanie, indeed!

The quote about your biggest obstacle being yourself...I think that's the case for most people.

Injuries can be useful if they remind us to get a little variety into our routine!

Sorry to hear about your injury, Mark, but glad to hear you're making the best of it!

I have to be careful with my back (due to injuries from domestic violence) so I know about trying to find what works with limitations.

I'm finding yoga is kind to me and am becoming more and more passionate about it. I've been intrigued by it for years but (for whatever reason) didn't just go on and try it. Now I'm so glad I did!

Thanks for sharing your journey with us!

When I injured my foot last year and my knee this year I discovered that I really enjoyed swimming and biking. I also ended up focusing on strength training which ended up to be a really good thing for me.

I hope you feel completely better soon!

Very well said, Mark. I tend to think of my exercise life as either injured, or ready for further punishment!

I think you are adapting really well!
